For the 2-channel version (IC 2000 P2), terminals 6, 7, and 8 are used for the second circuit. 3. Programming and Operation Guide
When replacing, match:
: | Problem | Possible Cause | Solution | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Lights do not turn on at dusk | The programmed "On" time might be set incorrectly; The twilight threshold might be set too low; The device might be in "Permanent Off" override. | Verify the program and adjust "On" time; Increase the twilight threshold towards the "sun" icon; Check the manual override status on the LCD. | | Lights turn on too early/late | The twilight sensitivity is incorrectly set. | Adjust the twilight threshold. If turning on too early (still bright outside), lower the setting towards the "moon". If turning on too late (very dark outside), increase it towards the "sun". | | Lights flicker On/Off during twilight | Ambient light is hovering right at the set threshold; there is a delay to prevent this. | Slightly adjust the twilight threshold up or down to move it away from the natural light level at dusk. | | Lights stay on all day | The twilight threshold might be set too high (daylight is not bright enough to turn it off). | Decrease the twilight threshold towards the "moon" icon so a brighter light level is required to turn it off. | | LCD screen is blank/dead | Power supply issue (tripped breaker, loose wiring); Faulty device. | Check the upstream circuit breaker (i.e., C60) powering the IC 2000P; Check terminal screws for tightness. | | Lights do not follow the schedule | The program is not correctly stored; Holiday mode might be active; Manual override is engaged. | Reprogram and ensure memory is saved; Check if Holiday mode is active and cancel if necessary; Check and disengage manual override. |
