The Android port was handled by a third-party developer. However, when that third-party company ceased to exist, Spiderweb could no longer provide the necessary support for the Android versions. As a result, in November 2016, Spiderweb Software announced it would pull all its games from the Google Play Store.

Jeff Vogel left the door slightly open, but only in the long term: “We may develop for that platform again, but it will be years before we are able to, if ever at all”. Given that the statement was made in 2016 and no Android news has surfaced since, a return seems increasingly unlikely.
